OVERVIEW
Just a twenty minutes' drive from the bustling ancient town of Pula is the charming, peaceful village of Bratulici, which is the location of our stunning, newly built Villa Rondino. The villa is luxurious, spacious and equipped with all kinds of modern facilities, such as automated electronic keys, extra lighting in case of a power cut, smart technology for air-conditioning, automated remote control blinds. The overall impression is of space and light, as the villa flows from one reception room to another. Many windows and doors enable the views of the garden and the pool, and numerous terraces downstairs and upstairs provide additional places where you can unwind and relax. The villa provides three large double beds and additional three accessory beds which can be used if there is demand.
During the summer the owner lives in a separate summer house at the end of the garden behind the wall and is at hand if you need him. He maintains the pool, but keeps to himself and you will hardly notice that he is around.
A couple of minutes walk from the villa in the centre of the village is a delightful restaurant and bar serving dishes prepared from local produce. The closest coastline for swimming is at Krnica, a sheltered bay and small village and on the peaceful and picturesque Rasa estuary, both about 7km drive from the villa.
Accommodation
Ground floor
Entrance into a small hallway leads to the right into a very spacious open sitting room/diner/kitchen with a large glass doorway onto the garden terrace and pool. The central in the sitting room is a large sofa for five, and there are additional chairs, and all you need for entertainment, such as satellite TV/DVD, sound system, WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils and stylish tableware. There is also a walk-in larder with plenty of storage. The kitchen has a stylish breakfast bar with three high chairs. In between the kitchen and the sitting area is a large glass dining table with sufficient room to sit up to ten people. On the ground floor is also one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bed is new and comfortable and all the bed linen and plenty of towels are provided. This bedroom also has a desk with a screen. On the ground floor to the left of the entrance is an indoor sauna and a Jacuzzi, with doors opening out to the garden.
First Floor
A stone staircase leads to the first floor with two more spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are stylishly decorated and furnished, and the lilac bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a full bath tub, a satellite TV and its private terrace with table and chairs, and views across the countryside. The other double bedroom is painted blue, also with en-suite bath tub, and a satellite TV and a balcony.
Outside
The villa has a very nice and private garden with a mosaic-lined pool 7 x 3.5 metres. Around the pool are six top quality sun loungers and a sturdy large sun umbrella. Pool towels are provided. There is a covered terrace with a BBQ and outside dining table for eight people.
