This lovely family country villa is located only 10km from the vibrant town of Pula, which has many excellent beaches, restaurants, shops, cafes, bars and nightclubs and some unique Roman antiquities such as the sixth largest Roman amphitheatre which is 2000 years old. After an enjoyable day's sight-seeing, you can return to this oasis of calm with its private garden and refreshing pool in a tranquil country setting.
Accommodation
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a spacious, air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen area. The sitting area is dominated by a traditional stone fireplace and all the interiors charaterised by bright Mediterranean colours. There is a satellite TV and WiFi. The kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, all cooking utensils and tableware. Features include a pizza oven and open fire barbecue oven. Also featuring a large farmhouse style dining table with seating 8 people.
First floor
There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, each one simply furnished with wood flooring and beautiful views over the countryside. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Outside
Next to the house is a private swimming pool (approx 54 square metres), with loungers, a large barbecue and a children's slide. This villa has magnificent views over the valleys and vineyards. If you like sports, there is a gymnasium, an outside volleyball/tennis area and a childrens football play area. On the terrace is a table tennis table and inside a table football and a pool table. So the villa is completely arranged for your fun. There is a private parking area for two cars.
