Overview
Villa Mint is a two storey 300 square metre newly furnished house. It has three spacious bedrooms, with stunning countryside and seaside views. The villa is equipped with all major modern amenities, including a state of the art kitchen, a modern pool and a large oaked decked area for evening entertaining.
The view from the pool terrace over the countryside toward the sea is just stunning and you will spend many happy hours outdoors. A 30 minutes' drive gets you to the Rasa estuary and the nearest beach 'Lozina' is to reach in just under 10 minutes. The lovely villages of Vodnjan, Liznjan and Medulin are in easy reach, too. We highly recommend to visit the historic town of Pula with its 1rst century Roman amphitheatre.
Accommodation
The villa consists of three large stylish en-suite bedrooms. Each room has beautiful wooden flooring and benefiting from stunning views through the large panoramic windows. The lounge is contemporarily decorated, with a central marble fireplace, and comfortable cream sofas, that offer extra sleeping for additional guest, or a great place to relax. There is also satellite TV and a DVD player. The white kitchen has all the modern facilities, including an electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a dining table to entertain up to eight guests. There are three en-suite bathrooms and an additional WC. The bathrooms include a multi jet stream shower, a marble bath, and a walk-in shower. Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided. There is also access to a long balcony that wraps around the property, and is ideally placed to watch the sunrise in the east or sunset in the west. Meanwhile, on the ground floor the bay windows open up to allow in the cool air of the Mediterranean sea and the ability for guests to walk outside and dine on their own personal terrace.
Outside
The outside oak decking area is ideal for summer dining, with a BBQ and a seating area for up to eight. There is also a bespoke sail shade for guests who want to be out of the sun. The garden has a 75 square metre hectagonal swimming pool, and the beach is only a short 5 minute walk away. There is also off street parking.
