OVERVIEW
This new, un-mistakenly modern and spacious villa (220 square metres) is situated in a 2400 square metres of garden, in rolling green countryside full of olive trees and vineyards. The villa has sea views from parts of the house, garden, pool and terraces and it is at the edge of a small fishing village. A shop and cafe are within walking distance, two good restaurants about 2km from the villa. The villa is 2.3 km to the sea, and 20km from the lively and fascinating town of Pula. The villa is very luxuriously appointed with great attention to comfort and outdoor living. All bedrooms are furnished with double beds, quality mattresses and stylish new bed linen. There are four en-suite shower rooms, with underfloor heating, hair drier and additional two toilets. This is a good base to visit the "must see" towns of Rovinj, Pula, Porec and Motovun. In the vicinity of the villa there is a very good, top rated scuba diving centre where you can explore the mysterious world of old sunken ships, secret caves and night time diving. For the ultra-active types there is also riding, bicycling, hiking, boating, kayaking, windsurfing... and everything! Great food and wines and lots of culture thrown in, in this relaxing and welcoming villa!
Accommodation
Ground floor
Downstairs is a cool, open plan living area, full of light and sunshine streaming through large picture windows looking at the garden and the private pool. Two mushroom coloured sofas and extra armchairs provide plenty of seating, and the satellite TV with Bluetooth speakers, DVD, CD player and board games are for your entertainment. The modern white kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and elegant tableware. A solid wood dining table can sit 8 people comfortably. Downstairs is also a cool, air-conditioned, white and blue bedroom, provided with wardrobe, desk, en-suite shower room, good bed linen and towels. A laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
First floor
First floor comprises three similar, fresh double bedrooms with their own shower rooms and comfortable double beds. Sea views are visible from some bedrooms. On the galleried landing you can play table football.
Outside
The villa has a superb swimming pool, 9.5 by 3.5 metres and 1.4 metres deep. Eight good sun loungers and also parasols are provided. A great charcoal barbecue with outdoor table and chairs is the focal point for outdoor dining and socialising. There is also a children's swing. Parking for 2 cars.
