OVERVIEW
A pretty, rural villa in leafy Istria, the region of vineyards, olive groves, fantastic food, wine and sunny beaches. The villa is just 9km (5 miles) from Porec which is a vibrant town, great for water sports, beaches, seaside walks and cycling paths (The Parenzana road). This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has plenty of space for 6, even 8 people. The villa is laid out all on two floors, the ground floor and first floor. One double bedroom is on the ground floor. Additional 2 people can sleep on the pull out sitting room sofa. A wonderful original old stone wall encompasses the villa, just as it should be in this part of the world where all is made of local stone. A special tip: visit the local observatory and look at the sky. Not many village houses have a world famous observatory in their back yard!

Ground floor
The stylish, clean and comfortable interior comprises of the open plan living area on the ground floor, comprising kitchen, dining area and sitting room. There is also one double bedroom and a bathroom. The sitting room is level with the garden and has a sofa-bed and access to the terrace and the private pool. There is a TV and free WiFi. The new white country kitchen has a table for 6-8, and a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils and tableware.
First floor
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a shared shower rooms with lovely bed linen and plenty of towels.
Outside
The garden comprises 800 square metres and has 32 square metres pool shaped like a kidney (1.3 metres depth). The garden has grass and Mediterranean herbs , sun loungers and umbrellas. Beside the pool there is a large terrace with a stone-built BBQ and a dining area for up to 8 people. There is parking for 1 car.
