A pleasant family villa located in a pretty and peaceful village in Istria, close to the coastal town of Porec, where you can enjoy all water sports, lovely beaches, cafes, restaurants, cultural events and night entertainment. For families, there are trips to the local caves, large water parks and fun day trips. This is a heaven for hikers and cyclists, because the villa is close to a wonderful cycling and hiking path called Parenzana. It follows a meandering course across the Istrian countryside, with skilfully engineered embankments and viaducts . The cycling path has been recently renovated on the site of the old railway track which used to connect Istria with Italy. It is now a foot- and cycle-path 70km long in central Istria. Walkers and cyclists will be exhilarated by this beautiful path which takes you through magical scenery and past wonderful country inns with amazing local food.

Ground floor
Ground floor comprises a sitting room, kitchen and dining room, as well as 3 double bedrooms, of which two have en-suite bathrooms and there is also a family bathroom. The living area is air conditioned. The sitting room has one whole wall in glass, lo9oking out onto the terrace, garden and pool. a large LCD TV and Wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and a pretty set of tableware. There is a spacious dining area with seating around the dinner table for.
First floor and Gallery
The first floor has two double bedrooms which share a bathroom (bath tub). On the first floor gallery is a play area with Playstation3, Nintendo Wii and a LCD TV. The bedrooms open out onto a lovely balcony with outdoor furniture, sunsets are beautiful! The balcony has lovely sea views.
Outside
The villa is situated in a large garden with lawn and a good wall. The villa has a private outdoor pool surrounded by the pool terrace, several sun loungers, a swing sun-lounger and countryside views. There is also a barbecue and outdoor table for dining.
