The elegant, private luxury villa Summer Palace with pool and garden is a perfect retreat from your busy life. Settled together with 15 similar private villas, built in 2018, in green and fertile Istrian countryside near the coastal town of Porec (7.5km), the luxury family villa Summer Palace offers you perfect relaxation in elegant and calming interiors. This spacious holiday home has a large living space totalling 511 square metres. The grand spiral staircase with bespoke wrought iron work and crystal chandeliers are setting the palatial tone to this private villa. There are six great bedrooms with sumptuous beds, ensuite bathrooms, TVs, air-conditioning throughout, WiFi and lovely views. Luxury toiletries, hairdryers and soft towels are provided so that you can feel pampered. Throughout, there is WiFi, air-conditioning, cable and satellite TV, hairdryers and a safe. There is parking and bicycles, plus free access to the Lanterna beach club nearby.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa has six double bedrooms, two of which have been allocated as single bedrooms as the owner accepts only a max. of 10 guests.
Ground floor
A very grand entrance leads into the fabulous, large and light, marble floored entrance hall which opens out into the drawing room, dining room and the kitchen, plus a guest cloakroom and laundry room. The whole ground floor is covered in marble. From the hallway you access the garden and pool directly via grand French doors. This area is full of light streaming in through the windows. This luxury holiday home has a stunning sitting room with wall mounted TV, Italian furniture - two excellent sofas, coffee tables, swish lighting and a modern console, and a large designer dining table which can sit 12 people, all made in Italy. The glossy Italian kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, wine cooler, espresso coffee machine, kitchenware and tableware.
One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor, with a super king size double bed (180 x 200cm), quality flower patterned curtains and a door accessing the pool terrace directly. This bedroom has a large ensuite shower room.
The laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
First floor
The stunning staircase leads to the first floor with three wonderful ensuite bedrooms which have access to the beautiful first floor terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy an evening drink.
Second floor
A further two lovely, air-conditioned bedrooms are under the eaves of the villa's roof. One has its own balcony with sea view. Super-king size plush double beds and tasteful lighting with own private shower; perfect for a good rest after a day of activities.
OUTSIDE
The villa has an enclosed, private garden with a swimming pool which measures 9 by 5 metres and is surrounded by sun beds and parasols. There is also an outdoor shower and pool towels are provided. There is s grassy lawn, barbecue and covered terrace with a long outdoor table seating 10 people.
