OVERVIEW
Luxury family villa Georgia is a sister villa to 15 similar, wonderful villas with pools built in 2018 in a small hamlet 7.5km from Porec, the major coastal town of Istria in north west Croatia. The white elegant façade, with an impressive entrance, suggests the luxury and elegance inside. The villa comprises 285 square metres and has 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a private garden and pool, barbecue, WiFi, air-conditioning, sumptuous furniture and furnishings - all that you expect from a luxury holiday home. In addition to the indoor staircase, there is an outdoor staircase which allows the first floor master bedroom a direct access to the pool terrace.
The excellent location of this luxury villa enables you to get to one of the 21 local beaches quickly, but also to reach easily the famous hilltop towns of Motovun, Groznjan, Oprtalj and Momjan with their wonderful wineries, olive oil farms, interesting caves, fantastic restaurants, galleries, cultural events and entertainment not to be missed. The area is a paradise for serious cyclists and hikers. Visit nearby Rovinj, Pula and the Brioni national park, or Istralandia Water Park for kids. So you can have wonderful outdoor activity holidays as well as a relaxing time round your barbecue after a busy day!
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises a stylish, pillared entrance hall, a living room, and kitchen, dining area, one ensuite double bedroom, a laundry room and a guest toilet. Throughout the ground floor of the villa there are Italian terracotta tiles and soft rugs, original paintings, wonderful designer lighting and furniture. In the sitting area there are two champagne coloured sofas in front of an attractive, wall mounted shelf with ornaments and a satellite/cable TV, and a designer console separating the sitting and dining areas. The kitchen is modern, stylish and blends well with the rest of the open plan living space. The grey, glossy kitchen units are filled with good cooking utensils and beautiful tableware. A very smart and practical element is the white/grey marble breakfast bar with bar chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, microwave, espresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning accessories.
The ground floor double bedroom has a king size double bed and a shower room, supplied with quality bed linen and towels. It has a direct access to the pool sunbathing terrace.
First floor
The whole first floor is covered with pale oak boards. There is a long balcony with relaxing outdoor furniture for you to rest and enjoy the distant but alluring sea view in the sunshine.
On the first floor there are two more spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has sumptuous drapes and a four poster double bed, a sitting area full of light, with a console and armchairs and a large, walk in wardrobe. This wonderful room has a bathroom suite with an oval bath, a separate shower, two basins built in on top of two French commodes which have matching ornate mirrors above them. It has direct access to the pool terrace. The third bedroom is cosy and inviting, with plush, blue velvet double bed, crisp white bed linen and soft towels, and its large ensuite shower. There is direct access to a balcony.
OUTSIDE
The garden is surrounded by a natural, green hedge and has a parking area. The focus is a 7 by 4 metres swimming pool which is provided with six sun beds, pool towels and parasols. Under a shady area there is a very smart outdoor dining table and chairs for six people, and a gas barbecue.
