OVERVIEW
Luxury holiday home Floramy is one of the 16 beautiful, elegant villas with pools in gorgeous Istrian countryside 7.5km away from Porec, which is the place to be for water sports and all things nautical, including its 22 Blue Flag beaches which are mostly free to access. Porec is also the place of historical and cultural importance where not to miss is a visit to the early Christian church of St Euphrasia, with frescoes and mosaics recognised by UNESCO. You are spoilt for choice for outdoor activities and places to visit. There are the charming hilltop towns with cobbled streets, ancient city walls, art galleries and fantastic views, most famous are Motovun and Groznjan. Go south to visit Pula's 2000 year old Roman amphitheatre and the beautiful town of Rovinj or the Brioni natural park. Take up horse riding, cycling, hiking, caving, golf and tennis. Restaurants are child friendly and offer tasty and healthy food based on the best olive oil, fresh fruit and vegetables, fish and home reared cattle. There are many high dining places, and some with Michelin stars, sea front cocktail bars and endless cafes.
This private luxury villa, built in 2018, is very spacious, spreading over 285 square metres. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, designer Italian furniture, a private, fenced garden and pool, a barbecue, WiFi and air-conditioning throughout. The thoughtful owner has provided you with a free pass to the Lanterna beach which has bars, cafes, sun beds and parasols.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor consists of an open plan living area with a sitting room, modern kitchen, dining area, one ensuite double bedroom, a laundry room and a cloakroom. The villa has Italian floor tiles and rugs, artwork, chandeliers and designer furniture. The sitting room has two pale, three seater sofas and a satellite/cable TV fitted on the wall within a specially designed shelf. The stylish, functional modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and pretty tableware. There is also a breakfast bar with two bar chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, microwave, espresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning accessories.
The ground floor double bedroom is filled with sunshine and opens out directly onto the pool terrace. It has a king size double bed and a shower room, excellent bed linen and towels.
First floor
On the first floor there are two spacious double bedrooms with king size double beds and ensuite bathrooms, luxurious curtains, a sitting area with a console and armchairs and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom is exceptionally lavish with an oval bath, a separate walk-in shower, two basins built in on top of two French commodes which have matching ornate mirrors above them. The third bedroom is cosy and inviting, with plush, blue velvet double bed, crisp white bed linen and soft towels, and its large, ensuite shower. There is direct access to a balcony.
OUTSIDE
The fully fenced private garden has a 7 by 4 metres swimming pool which is provided with six sun beds, pool towels and parasols. Under a shady area there is a very smart outdoor dining table and chairs for six people, and a gas barbecue.
