Built in 2018, this luxury Istrian holiday home offers the latest home comforts: air conditioning and WiFi, four ensuite bedrooms, a modern, well equipped kitchen, satellite TVs in every room, a private pool. The owners have provided for you a free access ticket for Lanterna beach resort where you will find lovely sand beaches and children’s entertainment. The Istralandia Water Park and a Dinosaur park are at your doorstep, and a proper Observatory is in close proximity. Porec is the best water sports centre in the Istria region. Within 30 minutes you are on a very beautiful golf course and cycling paths take you through breath-taking countryside and along the coast. You will find Istria an unforgettable experience. And should you fancy a coffee in Venice that is just 3 hours' drive away. Your local, Blue Flag beaches are 2km away (just over one mile).
The luxury family Villa Colette is arranged on two floors. The living quarters and one double bedroom are on the ground floor, which is very convenient for people with limited mobility.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Downstairs the central focus is the large living area with a wonderful sitting room and kitchen. There is also a ground floor double bedroom with ensuite shower and a visitor's cloakroom. Throughout the sitting room, the dining area and the kitchen the floor is tiled with beautiful, Italian marble tiles in a classical grey and cream pattern. Here, a plush, dark beige, deep L-shaped sofa curls around the large, wall mounted satellite TV which is surrounded by a decorative shelf. There are antique style display cabinets and modern designer lighting, soft rugs and curtains, all in all a very attractive place to relax and enjoy. The blue kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine, hob, oven, electric kettle dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. A stylish set of tableware, chef's knives and cooking utensils complete the luxury tone of this amazing private villa.
The downstairs bedroom has a pale oak flooring and a lovely blue king size bed, and an ensuite shower. Bedlinen and towels are provided. As you open your door in the morning, you are greeted with sunshine and the shimmering blue water of the pool. Read a book on your private terrace, with a cup of refreshing coffee.
First floor
There are three more luxury double bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a stunning four poster king size bed, modern lighting, beautiful curtains, a sitting area with a desk, an amazing ensuite marble bathroom with bath tub and shower. An outside staircase leads directly to the pool. The other two bedrooms also have king size double beds and excellent showers. They have their private balconies, where you can enjoy lovely views. The villa also has a roof terrace, with stunning views of the sea and fields.
OUTSIDE
The garden paths and pool sunbathing patio is paved with Terracotta bricks. The private pool measures 33 square metres, and there are eight new, high quality sun beds, pool towels, pool shower, an outdoor dining table under a shady canopy and a gas barbecue. Socialising around good food and superb local wines in breezy sunshine or balmy, starry nights is what it is all about in fabulous Istria.
