OVERVIEW
In lush Istrian countryside just 7km from the fantastic coastal town of Porec, there is a beautiful estate of 16 new luxury family villas with private pools. If you are just adults, you will be enchanted by the excellent villa in the north of Istria. The area has stunning landscapes studded with vineyards, olive groves, cycling and hiking paths, hilltop villages, and coastline towns and beaches where the sea is the deepest of blue.
Luxury Villa Celeste is one of these fabulous holiday homes which will appeal to everyone. ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The villa is arranged on two floors and comprises 262 square metres. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. You enter a lovely, light-filled, polished stone hallway with a bespoke curving staircase. Continue into the open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen, all furnished with high quality Italian furniture. The sitting area has pale blue velvet sofas and an LCD wall mounted TV, whilst the glass topped wooden dining table is surrounded by eight elegant chairs. Pale grey-blue curtains, cream rugs and chairs, elegant lamps and accessories and the honey coloured wood floor make you feel cosy and relaxed in this gorgeous living area. The beautiful and well equipped kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, cooker, hob, toaster, kettle, a set of chef's knives, cooking utensils and excellent tableware. The villa also provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer.
The lovely downstairs bedroom with ensuite shower room is kept in champagne and white colours, with a comfortable double bed. Bedlinen and towels are provided. The bedroom has French doors opening out onto the garden and pool.
First floor
The first floor is reached by an elegant staircase. There are three further double bedrooms with ensuite bath- or shower rooms. King size beds (160 x 200cm), high quality bed linen, towels and plenty of storage wardrobes are provided. One of the bedrooms has a shower and bath tub, a private balcony with pool access via an external staircase (internal stairs also) and reclining chairs. The other two bedrooms have ensuite showers and one has access to a balcony via French doors. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned.
OUTSIDE
The villa's garden is surrounded by a laurel hedge and has an 8 by 4 metre swimming pool, 1.3 metre deep. The sunbathing area around the pool has eight sun beds and a parasol. A shaded terrace by the house is used for al-fresco dining, and a gas barbecue is nearby.
