Overview
Luxurious, rural, fully air-conditioned, family holiday home Calibri is located in a peaceful location close to the romantic Istrian hilltop towns of Oprtalj, Motovun and Groznjan. This is in the north of the Istrian peninsula, the region famous for superb olive oils, great local wines, history, fabulous food, exceptional natural beauty and wild beaches.
This spacious villa has 320 square metres of stylish and comfortable living space and is set in 1500 square metres of beautiful, private garden with a huge, heated pool. There are TVs in each individually heated and cooled bedroom. The villa is secluded, but not isolated as there are a few other top class villas in the hamlet. The famous hilltop towns, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away by car. There are four private parking places in the villa grounds.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor has an open plan living area with TV and plenty of seating, all fresh and modern. The kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast bar with bar stools. The appliances are fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, all new cooking utensils and tableware.
On the ground floor are two lovely double bedrooms with bathrooms (bedrooms 3 and 4), desks and TVs. They have access directly onto the pool terrace. Bed linen and towels are provided.
There is also a sauna for your complete relaxation.
First floor
An elegant staircase goes up to the two bedrooms on the first floor, the master bedroom and a large guest bedroom. On the roomy landing the owners have arranged a "work corner" with a large desk and two chairs. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a shower cubicle. The guest room has a walk-in shower. Both of the bedrooms have balconies with amazing river and country views. Unforgettable Istria experience for families, groups of adults, active types and sun lovers.
OUTSIDE
Villa Calibri has an amazing, large garden with laid to lawn with olive trees, a massive, heated private swimming pool (12 metres by 6 metres) and a sunbathing terrace of 50 square metres. From the garden, there are steps down to the second, lower terrace where you can sunbathe with even more privacy. It is a fantastic garden, and such a great view to the horizon that it makes you feel you are floating above green Istria.
Sun beds and outdoor furniture are provided, with outdoor barbecue, a summer kitchen and al fresco dining. The villa also provides pool towels.
