OVERVIEW
This luxury villa has style, comfort, fabulous facilities and a stunning sea view, with so many extras on offer to pamper yourself. The villa is right on the beach and on the town's medieval stone wall. You can order a massage whilst enjoying the sea view, or have a chef cook a special meal for you. The very spacious living area comprises 400 square metres.
The wellness area has a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna. For those who want action, go boating, dolphin watching or golfing, visit the beguiling seaside villages and towns, or venture to central Istria sampling some great wines and gourmet food, such as truffles, home made pasta and fabulous olive oils. The town of Novigrad itself is full of smart cafes, shops and restaurants, laid back in the day and buzzy at night time. Highly recommended for families and sophisticated adults.
Accommodation
Ground floor
Ground floor is dedicated to wellness, with a heated indoor infinity pool and sauna. The glass wall opens out onto a terrace and so the wellness pool and terrace become an outdoor space. Plenty of good sun loungers and pool beds are provided. There are areas for barbecuing and al fresco dining.
First Floor
The first floor comprises the stunning sitting room which has a full length glass wall, opening out onto a decking terrace and an unforgettable view which makes you believe that you are sitting in the middle of the ocean. The living area is light and stylish, with a fantastic huge L-shaped sofa and a large dining table, which also has a stunning sea view. There is cable TV, DVD player, WiFi and a music centre. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for gourmet cooking: fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, food processor, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils and elegant tableware. A washing machine is also provided. Three spacious double bedrooms and a twin bedroom are positioned at the back of the villa. Two are behind the main living area on the first floor including the twin bedroom. And two are behind the spa on the ground floor All the bedrooms have heating, air conditioning and their own bathroom. One bedroom on each floor has a sea view.
Outside
The villa comprises three large terraces at different levels for sun bathing, al fresco dining and cocktails at sunset. The roof top terrace has a 360 degree view of the sea and the pretty town. The villa is minutes away from local shops, restaurants and bars. There is a good marina in the locality.
