Overview
Villa Wonder is a luxurious peaceful villa surrounded by green countryside and beautiful views near Labin. The sea is just one mile away. From the villa to the edge of the Ucka Nature Park it is just 30 kilometres, which is a great destination for hiking and cycle tours.
Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor has a large well equipped kitchen with all modern amenities including oven, cooker, hood, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and all glassware, plates and cutlery are provided. The open plan arrangement has a terracotta tiled flooring throughout. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats 8 people. The living room has two large cream sofas arranged next to the fireplace. Additionally there is a satellite TV and DVD player.
First floor
The bedrooms are stylishly decorated with well crafted furniture and terracotta tiled floors. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with all bed linen and towels provided.
Outside
The infinity pool is in a delightful position making the most of the views to the rolling countryside and sea. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and sun umbrellas and nearby there is a stone gazebo with a grill and outdoor dining area with plenty of seating.
