OVERVIEW
Modern Villa Sofia is located in a quiet hamlet near Labin. This luxury villa offers spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. The large garden with outside dining/BBQ area, pool and playground is ideal for entertaining large families and groups of friends, and PlayStation, table tennis and table football will keep everybody occupied on the odd rainy day.
Whether you are looking for total relaxation or a more active holiday with sightseeing and outdoor activities, you will never be short on opportunities. Labin with its historic town centre, cafes and restaurants is only a two minutes' drive from the villa, just the right place to sit down in one of the cafes and let the time go by. If you rather fancy a night out, Rabac with several bars and night clubs is not far and you will love to have a stroll along the beach promenade. And not to miss, there are some lovely beaches a short drive from the villa.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The tastefully furnished open plan living space comprises of a lounge with fireplace, dining and kitchen area. From the cosy lounge with comfortable sofas and armchair you have direct access to the pool terrace and garden. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to entertainment. Villa Sophia offers WiFi, satellite TV, DVD player, surround sound system, games console, PC and Alexa with Amazon prime streaming. There is also a good selection of books and several films on DVD. One sofa can be changed into a sofa bed for two guests. The kitchen/dining area is tiled throughout with a dining table seating eight guests comfortably, and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, tableware, and kitchen utensils.
Furthermore, there is a nicely decorated twin bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200 cm and a separate toilet on this floor.
The well-equipped fitness area has also a table tennis and a table football.
First floor
Stairs are leading from the hall to the first floor with three bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm). Each bedroom has its own colour scheme and a beautiful wooden parquet floor. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with bath tub and overhead shower, and a separate toilet. Two of the bedrooms have a private balcony. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The villa has a large 1700 square metre garden which is completely fenced and has a gated drive. Mature trees, flowering shrubs and plants are adding a lot of interest and the 6 x 3 metre pool with sunbathing terrace is the focal point of this beautiful landscaped garden. There is a covered dining area with BBQ where you will like to spend many hours socialising over a glass of wine and a shared meal cooked from local produce. Your kids will love to spend their days outside either in the pool or using the playground with slide, swing and trampoline. There is enough space to play badminton and a basket ball hoop is also provided.
