OVERVIEW
Villa Vivaldi is an excellent, modern villa with six smart double bedrooms furnished with good quality new beds, cool bed linen, fully air-conditioned, with WiFi, gym and a large, heated private pool. This luxury holiday home is found in the heart of the wine and olive growing region of Istria, and to top that, the most discerning gourmets agree that the locally found truffles are divine. The local cuisine excels in home-made pastas with fresh truffle sauce, venison, beautiful steaks, grilled fresh fish and fantastic salads drenched in thick, green virgin olive oil. With a few slices of the air-dried ham and goat cheese, you can eat like a king, without ever using a cooker.
The villa spreads over 375 square metres of living space on a 2000 metre plot, looking over beautiful countryside and the sea. Superb restaurants are within a short walking distance or just a few minutes' drive by car. You can visit wineries and olive farms, the hilltop towns of Motovun, Groznjan and Portole and seaside towns of Umag, Porec, Rovinj and Pula.
The villa accommodates 12 people in six bedrooms, and 3 extra accessory beds are also supplied on request, so the maximum number of guests is 15.
Accommodation
The villa is arranged on one floor and has a magnificent view all over the Istrian countryside down to the sea.
The large sitting room has elegant furniture with a seating area arranged around the fireplace and TV. The modern sofa can be made up into a sofa bed. The dining table sits 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and pretty tableware.
The ensuite bedrooms are also on the ground floor. They are stylish and airy and each is individually air-conditioned. The bedrooms have satellite TVs and fast-speed internet. The large glass sliding doors open out onto the terrace, where there are fantastic sea views.
The villa also provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, baby cot and feeding chair.
Outside
This luxury sea view holiday villa has a walled garden and a magnificent 50 m2 private swimming pool with an outdoor Jacuzzi. Also provided are table tennis equipment, a PlayStation 4 console, and various games for children as well as a small children's playground. The outdoor gas grill is perfect for preparing fresh dishes which you can then enjoy in the shade of the beautiful summer kitchen offering you a view of the surrounding pristine nature and unforgettable sunsets.
Ample lounging spaces can be found in both sun and shade.
Gather for alfresco meals in the cool shade of the outdoor kitchen and open a bottle of our local wine as you gaze upon the Istrian sunset sky.
