OVERVIEW
Villa Realle is a brand new luxury, excellent family villa with heated pool and children's playground, four bedrooms, four en-suite bathrooms, designer interior and every comfort. The villa has views across the peaceful north Istrian countryside to the sea in the distance and is close to a gourmet village and several wineries. This sleek, stylish villa made of hand hewn local Istrian stone has WiFi, air conditioning, table tennis and outdoor jacuzzi. Bicycles are also provided. A day trip to Venice is a definite possibility (3-4 hours) but there is plenty to see, taste and drink in the local area. There are endless possibilities for activities such as water sports, cycling the coastal and wine route paths, hiking and the highly regarded tennis school in Umag.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is arranged all on one floor and has a magnificent view across the Istrian countryside rolling down to the sea.
The large sitting room with pale wood floors is full of sunshine and looks out on the pool terrace and the sea. Stylish, Italian designer furniture provides plenty of seating, dining for 8-10 people and there is a 62 inch TV. The modern sofa can be made up into a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and tableware. Iron, ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer and hairdryers are also provided.
The four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own shower and TV, are also on the ground floor and have direct access to the outdoor terrace, where there are fantastic sea views. Bed linen and towels are excellent.
OUTSIDE
Luxury villa Realle has a beautiful garden with a large, heated swimming pool (11 x 4 metres) from where there are sea views. There is an outside shower and a covered terrace with a barbecue and a table for al fresco dining. To keepthe family occupied table tennis is available and for smaller childen theri is a playground. The nearest airport is Pula (Croatia) but Ljubljana (Slovenia), Trieste (Italy) and Venice (Italy) are also possibilities and work particularly well if you wish to combine a villa holiday with a couple of days in Italy or in the Slovenian lakes.
