OVERVIEW
Villa Ceres is a luxury family villa in Istria, the region of vibrant green vineyards and blue, unpolluted sea, wild beaches and fabulous food. The cuisine is based on healthy local olive oils and Mediterranean vegetables, fresh fish, air smoked ham and meadow fed cattle. This family holiday home with heated pool is really child-friendly as it also has a children's playground. The elegant interior contains four bedrooms, four sumptuous en-suite bathrooms, stylish furniture, excellent beds, WiFi, air-conditioning and a TV in every room, as your comfort was uppermost on the owner's mind. In addition, there is table tennis, bikes and an outdoor sauna for more fun and pampering.
Beautiful views of the lush countryside and sea in the distance characterise this sophisticated Croatian villa. There is plenty to do at your doorstep: hiking, biking, horse riding, sailing, Umag tennis school nearby, many water sports or simply soaking up the sun on the beach. Many gourmet restaurants and simple taverns with delicious local food are around you.
ACCOMMODATION
All the accomodation is on one floor and comprises a sunny, light, open plan living room overlooking the garden and pool and four double bedrooms each with own shower room and TV. The large sitting room with pale wood floors is full of sunshine and looks out on the pool terrace and the sea. Stylish, Italian designer furniture provides plenty of seating, dining for 8-10 people and there is a 62 inch TV. The modern L- shaped sofa can be made up into a sofa bed and there are additional chairs. The coffee coloured modern kitchen has a breakfast bar with three bar chairs. It is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and tableware. Iron, ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer and hairdryers are also provided.
The four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own shower and TV, are also on the ground floor and have direct access to the outdoor terrace, where there is a garden with pool and glimpses of the blue sea and mountains. Top quality beds, bed linen and towels are provided, and the décor in the bedroom is sumptuous. Each bedroom has an individual, very stylish look and a TV. Two of the bedrooms can be made us with two single beds or as double bedrooms.
OUTSIDE
Luxury villa Ceres has a beautiful garden with a large, heated swimming pool (11 x 4 metres) from where there are sea views as well as an outdoor hot tub which is perfect for evening relaxation. There is an outside shower and a covered terrace with a barbecue and a table for al fresco dining. Teenagers will be happy playing table tennis and small kids have their own playground. Nearest airports would be Pula (Croatia), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Trieste (Italy) and Venice (Italy).
