Overview
A newly refurbished, stylish, spacious and sunny apartment with excellent sea view in Dubrovnik town, comprising 67 square metres, and a balcony overlooking the garden, and the town of Dubrovnik, beautiful sea views. It is located on the 3rd floor of a small, private apartment building and just 800 metres (half a mile) from the beach. The apartment has just been refurbished, beautifullly furnished and is really lovely, clean and bright, in a perfect location. All is within walking distance and a cafe, fruit shop, grocery shop and public transport are just 50 metres away. Public car park is 700 metres, and you can park outside of the villa on a meter. The old town of Dubrovnik is 1.5km away. Enjoy the shops, cafes, resturants, magical architecture, Game of Thrones, stunning cable car, beaches, festivals, islands and nightlife of Dubrovnik! Come back to your restful apartment at the end of the day and relax...enjoy staying in or venture out again into the balmy Dubrovnik night!
Accommodation
A hallway leads to an open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. Cool cream tiles are used throughout in the living areas, and honey coloured oak parquet in the bedrooms. In the sitting room there is an air-conditioning unit which cools the whole of the apartment. For cooler months, the apartment has underfloor heating. A 3-seater sofa and armchair are arranged in front of a pretty shelf/storage unit, which has a satellite TV. The dining table can sit 4 people comfortably, and the kitchen has all the possible equipment you might wish: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and a full set of cooking utensils and pretty tableware. Iron, ironing board and a hairdryer are also provided. The thoughtful owners have also provided a large beach bag with beach towels. The two double bedrooms have large, comfortable double beds with excellent bed linen and plenty of towels and wardrobes. Each bedroom has a small balcony, which also has a sea view. There is a luxurious new shower room in the apartment, provided with toiletries and towels, where there is also a washing machine. All is there for your comfort and enjoyment.
Outside
A special bonus is a lovely balcony accessed directly from the sitting room. On the balcony there is a table and chairs for 4, you can enjoy your meals and drinks outside, soaking up the fabulous vew of the sea, and the uniquely beautiful Dubrovnik.
