OVERVIEW
A gorgeous new stone villa in a wonderful seaside location on the wild and romantic Peljesac peninsula on the Adriatic coast. The villa is located on a 300 square metre plot on raised ground, 450 metres from the fantastic warm, clear sea and beaches. The honey coloured stone facade and green shutters are typical of the Dalmatian house. You will be spending your vacation in a Croatiain holiday home which is authentic, but fully modern and utterly comfortable, and in a superb location.
Accommodation
The villa is arranged on three floors : ground floor, first floor and an attic.
Ground floor
On the ground floor is an open plan modern country kitchen /diner and a sitting room with a traditional stone fireplace, nice wood floors, furnished stylishly with two comfortable sofas . This area is fully air conditioned, and has an LCD TV 102cm wide, wireless internet, and two large French doors opening out onto the terrace and sea views. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, ice maker, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee filter machine, mixer, dishwasher, cooking utensils and tableware. There is wood dining table for eight persons.
First floor
From the sitting room, an open staircase leads to the first floor which has two double bedrooms which share a shower room. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit. One bedroom has a double bed 160cm x 200cm, an LCD TV 51cm wide and the second bedroom has two single beds and also a TV. The bedrooms have lovely sea views. All bed linen and towels are provided.
Attic
On the second floor is a large air-conditioned bedroom with 180cm x 200cm double bed and a sofa bed which can sleep additional two people. This room has an LCD TV and an en-suite shower room with a bath tub, enjoying great sea and village views.
Outside
The villa garden is walled and secure and has a 6m x 4m oval-shaped swimming pool 1.5m deep. There is also an outdoor pool house with a washing machine, clothes drier and outside WC, shower and sink. In front of the villa is a covered shady terrace with an outdoor dining table and eight chairs and a BBQ. A few steps lead down from the house to the sunbathing terrace and the pool which is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. A perfect Croatian holiday rental for families and everyone.
