The beautiful, modern, stylish luxury Villa Feyo is located in the village of Slano, between the magnificent Dubrovnik (only 30 km away) and the wild and alluring Peljesac peninsula which will dazzle you with its sandy and pebbly beaches, excellent seafood restaurants and fantastic wineries. It is perfect to get to know a large part of the whole Dubrovnik region, including the incredibly beautiful Elaphite islands which you must visit with a boat. Kayaking, scuba diving, windsurfing and all kind of water sports are available in the village of Slano and in its vicinity. Visit restaurants in Ston and Mali Ston which are famous all over Croatia and are the places to eat fresh local oysters! Luxury private Villa Feyo is a superb choice for sea and sun worshippers who are also foodies and like outdoor activities. This seafront villa in Dubrovnik region offers WiFi, air conditioning and spacious, luxury accommodation (260 square metres) with four double bedrooms and four shower rooms. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, a hair dryer, pool towels and a baby cot are also included.
Luxury Villa Feyo is a four bedroom, four bathroom family villa arranged on three floors, and is one of three villas first row to the sea. The ground floor is elevated and reached from the gates by 12 steps. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, two bedrooms are on the first floor and a stunning bedroom suite with private terrace is on the top floor. The whole house is air-conditioned and has WiFi.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Ground floor has an open plan living room consisting of the sitting area, a kitchen and dining area, a family shower room, one double bedroom and a guest toilet. The sitting room has a stunning, very comfortable, bright red brick coloured sofa and a wall mounted TV, whilst the modern kitchen has a bar/island and four bar stools. It is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, mixer, juicer and a coffee machine and also excellent cookware and tableware. Between these two ends of the beautiful living room is the dining area with a table for ten people who will enjoy looking at the bright blue sea whilst dining. All this is fronted with a folding glass door which opens out directly onto the pool, and the unique, Mediterranean indoor/outdoor life begins. Stunning sea views and the incredible closeness to the sea makes the luxury villa Feyo extremely lovely and special.
First floor
First floor comprises two double bedrooms with super king-size double beds, excellent bed linen and towels and their own ensuite showers. Both bedrooms have a large wrap-around balcony with table, chairs and sea views.
Second floor (top floor)
On the top floor the lucky guests will find a most beautiful bedroom suite which has its own private terrace overlooking the sea. The bedroom has twin beds and a sitting area with a sofa providing sleeping for extra two people and a private shower room. This is a heavenly place suitable for a nanny with children, or teenagers or as a guest suite. The terrace is amazing, very private and turns into an outdoor lounge with excellent L-shaped sofa and bar tables by the wall facing the sea. Enjoy!
OUTSIDE
The sea is everywhere! As you sit at the outdoor dining table, or sunbathe on the luxury sun loungers, or swim in the pool, you can see the sea, a vast blue ocean! Luxury Dubrovnik villa Feyo has a private pool measuring 7 meters by 4 metres (28 square metres), with sun loungers and outdoor dining table provided, as well as a gas barbecue. Very close to the villa there is a mooring for a small boat which guests can use (usage is a matter of agreement with guests of the neighbouring two villas). This mooring serves mainly for boarding and disembarking. There is also a shared garage with 10 parking spaces.
