OVERVIEW

What a fabulous place to spend your summer! Luxury Villa Delizia is one of three chic and contemporary beachfront villas overlooking beautiful Slano Bay. It has a shared jetty for boarding and disembarking and you can see Slano marina on the opposite side of the bay, just 1.5 kilometres from the villa by road. Restaurants, coffee bars, and a small shop are all to be found in Slano. Along the bay past the marina you will find Karmelska beach, a less crowded beach with tiny pebbles and some stretches with natural shade from the pine trees. It's a great beach for families as there are several places with shallow entrance to the sea. Dubrovnik is just over half an hour away and is well known for its history and culture. The Old Town of Dubrovnik is an UNESCO World Heritage Site and rightly so, as it is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in the world. We also recommend to visit the Peljesac peninsula to sample fresh oysters in Mali-Ston or Ston and then go on and discover the beauty of the Peljesac peninsula and stop at one of the wineries along the way to try the fruity and full bodied red Plavac wine. With 1244 islands Croatia is in the top 50 list of countries with the most islands, and a boat excursion to the Elaphite islands should definitely be on your to do list.

ACCOMMODATION

This modern family villa offers 290 square metres of living space and spreads over three floors which are connected via internal stairs.

Ground floor

Upon entering the villa you are greeted by a bright and spacious open plan living area which connects seamlessly with the beautiful sea view terrace with infinity pool. Large sliding doors open the view over Slano bay toward the marina on the opposite side of the bay. The sitting area has a large and comfortable corner sofa and a TV. And there is WiFi connection throughout. A large dining table sits 10 people comfortably and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Espresso coffee machine, ice maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and table ware. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The double bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

First floor

Three fantastic double bedrooms with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower are located on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have large sliding glass doors and offer fabulous sea views.

Second floor

The highlight is the twin bedroom on the second floor. Not only has it a lovely sitting area with TV, it also has the best view. Sliding doors open to a large balcony with far reaching views over the bay and the surrounding mountains. Picture yourself here sunbathing or enjoying a cocktail in the afternoon … a memory made.

OUTSIDE

They say 'the view is everything' … and that is definitely true for this private holiday home. Blue sky, blue sea and the deep green from the tree covered mountains are creating this special well-being atmosphere. More pampering can be obtained at the nearby wellness centre at the local hotel. The sunbathing terrace and the lovely infinity pool are positioned in the right spot and you will spend many hours outside enjoying the Mediterranean summer. The dining table on the terrace to the side of the house also opens the view across the bay and sits 10 guests comfortably. A gas barbecue is provided.

The villa shares a garage with the two neighbouring villas and there is a shared jetty in front of the villas which is mainly used for boarding and disembarking. You can moor your boat in the nearby Slano marina.
