OVERVIEW
Villa Cadenza is a new, imposing, luxury holiday villa with beach frontage and private pool in a secluded location. It is just outside the very pretty village of Slano, amongst pines, cypresses, palms and olive trees, a real Mediterranean holiday home! The luxurious Villa Cadenza is 35km from Dubrovnik which is eastwards, and to the west at the gateway to the amazing, wild Peljesac peninsula, which you must explore for its beaches, wineries and oysters. The villa's garden, which measures 1000 square metres, opens out onto a pebbly beach where you can swim in the sea. The villa consists of three separate, fully air-conditioned two bedroom apartments, totalling 314 square metres and connected with an outside staircase, but is rented as one whole villa. The ground floor apartment has a large living room and dining area, and also there is a large outdoor terrace with a dining table for 12 where all can sit together. There is parking for three cars. Slano is set in one of the most beautiful bays on the Dubrovnik Riviera where you can find relaxing pebbly beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants. It is peaceful spot and a gourmet region which offers a lot of interesting things to do.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
A large living room has magnificent double aspect outlook towards the sea, which is so near that you can hear and smell it. The sitting area has a very large plum coloured sofa, more seating, a satellite TV, sound system and a modern fireplace. The dining table can accept 10 people, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, tableware and cookware. The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: one has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom and a sofa (bed for one) and the other has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. There is an additional downstairs toilet. This part of the villa has direct access to the large outdoor terrace, from which there is superb sea view.
First floor
The first floor apartment comprises an open plan living/dining/kitchen area where the stylish dark, polished kitchen is again fully equipped. The sitting room which has comfortable sofas and TV opens out onto a wonderful balcony with outdoor seating so that you can fully enjoy the sea view. Both bedrooms have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one of the bedroom also has a sofa.
Second floor
The second floor apartment has an open plan kitchen with living/dining area.

OUTSIDE
The villa has a cascading garden which reaches the beach. A few further steps lead down from the first terrace onto the next level, where there is a large swimming pool with a sunbathing terrace and sun loungers. In the garden there is a barbecue, with an outside dining area, table seating for 12 people.
