Luxury private Villa Amanda sleeps 10+2 guests, and rented together with the next door Villa Delizia and Villa Feyo there is enough space for 28+4 people. Luxury Villa Amanda has 4 ensuite double bedrooms and the 5th bedroom on the top floor has twin beds, a sitting area, kitchen and its own private sea view terrace with unforgettable views over Slano bay.
In the vicinity there are numerous archaeological sites and in the nearby hills you will find ancient Greek and Roman monuments, a fantastic area to explore for lovers of ancient history and 'Game of Thrones' fans. The Old Town of Dubrovnik is reached by car in half an hour and will further excite the history buffs among you. The islands of Sipan, Lopud and Kolocep are the three main Elaphite islands and are close by … don't miss out on a visit. Kolocep and Lopud Island are car free and all three islands can be reached from Dubrovnik either by ferry or water taxi. We highly recommend an Elaphite island boat excursion where you can visit the islands and also stop in beautiful coves for swimming and snorkelling and have a meal in less frequented, yet beautiful restaurants in magical locations. Additional outdoor activities you can enjoy are water sports, biking, hiking, kayaking, sea-kiting and do try out our wonderful private boat trips around the islands.
ACCOMMODATION
Villa Amanda has 350 m² of living space and sits on a plot of 400 m², first row to the sea.
Ground floor
The spacious and bright open plan living space is stylishly furnished and opens to a tiled terrace with infinity pool and sunbathing area. Inside and outside are merging into one and the views are to die for. The muted colour scheme is accentuated by splashes of mustard and blue, exuding a welcoming atmosphere. For your entertainment there is a satellite TV and WiFi throughout. The modern and sleek kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, blender, and tableware and kitchen utensils, and the dining table sits 10-12 people comfortably. On this floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and a guest toilet.
The ground floor bedroom has a comfortable king-size double bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
First floor
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with sumptuous king-size double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own individual style. Two of the bedrooms have access to a lovely shared sea view balcony. The bathrooms have high quality bath room furnishings and a walk-in shower.
Second floor
To top it off, there is a self-contained apartment on the second floor. The view from the balcony is second to none and you will find yourself spending a lot of the time up there sunbathing, reading a book or having a drink whilst taking in the amazing view.
The apartment consists of a lounge with TV and kitchen with kitchen island/breakfast bar and a double bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The sofa in the lounge can be converted into a double bed.
Bedlinen, towels and hairdryers are provided.
OUTSIDE
The focal point of the beautifully tiled terrace is the 32 m² infinity pool from where you can enjoy the views of the azure blue Adriatic Sea and the surrounding mountains. Slano marina is just on the opposite side of the bay and you can spend your day watching the boats and yachts sailing by. The shaded outside dining area is to the side of the villa and again, has fantastic views of the sea. A gas barbecue is provided.
The villa shares a garage with the two neighbouring villas, which can park 10 cars altogether. There is also a shared jetty in front of the villas which is mainly used for boarding and disembarking. You can moor your boat in the nearby Slano marina.
