OVERVIEW
A luxury, newly built beachside villa on two floors, comprising a very spacious 440 square metres of living space and 4000 square metres of garden, stretching down to its own beach. The villa has fabulous sea views and a lot of privacy, and is just 15 minutes drive from Dubrovnik, and its charming Old Town, and shops, restaurants, cafes, cultural events and many other beautiful Dalmatian villages and islands.
Accommodation
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a kitchen dining room, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has direct access to its outdoor covered terrace. It has a double bed. with the possibility of adding extra single beds. The second bedroom also has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, with room for another single bed. The third bedroom has three single beds and uses the family bathroom, which also has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, ice maker, built-in coffee machine, deep fryer, blender, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils and tableware.
First floor
The large living room is on the first floor, enjoying amazing sea views and access to a huge terrace. It has comfortable leather sofas, an open fire place, satellite TV, WiFi, Playstation 4, a pool table and a well stocked wine cooler with wine at cost price. On this floor there is also a small bathroom, a gym and a spa zone (with loungers, a walk-in shower and a sauna). Each room has a TV and the whole house is air-conditioned. On the first floor there are a further two bedrooms with double beds. Each has its own bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has its own private terrace with stunning sea views and the other shares a large terrace with the spa and the living room.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by 4000 square metres (1 acre) of garden, going all the way down to the beach. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen with a bar and barbecue, outdoor dining table, children's playground, fountains and a garden with irrigation, olive trees and Mediterranean plants.
