OVERVIEW
This 6 bedroom villa is situated in a picturesque small hamlet on the Peljesac peninsula. The area is famed for its beautiful sandy and pebble beaches and untouched countryside.
The property is furnished in a contemporary style, with all modern amenities and has a private 28 square metre pool, hot tub, sauna, a large terrace with an outside barbecue and a children's play area.
Accommodation
Villa Beachside comprises over 250 square metres of internal floor space, and over 500 square metres of outside space. The house can easily sleep up to sixteen people and has stylish modern furnishings and bedrooms. The property is spread over three floors, with the main sleeping quarters on the upper levels. There is also large balconies and veranda areas on each level, where one can enjoy the spectacular views over the Adriatic Sea and Croatian coastline.
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a spacious lightly decorated sitting room with a large L-shaped sofa, a DVD player, satellite TV and a large white dining table that can seat up to 12 people. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a cooker, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer and coffee maker. All cooking utensils are also provided. Also on the ground floor is a personal fitness room, which has direct access to the terrace and includes a multi-gym, an exercise bike and a treadmill.
First & Second floors
On the upper floors are the bedrooms. They all have modern furnishings with large double beds, stylish furniture and ample wardrobe storage. Each bedroom also has access to their own bathroom. On the two floors there are four separate balconies, each with outside seating and stunning sea views. Bathroom towels and bed linen are also provided. There is also a sauna with an ante room.
Outside
There is a large garden with a 28 square metre private pool, a small children's playground area with a slide and sand-pit and a solar outdoor shower. In addition, there are multiple sun loungers and a shaded area to relax and enjoy the sea air. There is a large outside dining area, with two tables each seating up to eight people and a large white stone built barbecue. An ideal place to try some of the local cuisine. On the lower terrace close to the sea there is a hot tub for seven people. A short walkway provides direct access to a pebbled beach, with a stone mooring area for a small boat. Private parking is also provided.
