OVERVIEW
Large Villa Imelda is the perfect place for a large group of holiday makers as it sleeps seventeen people in total, fourteen adults in fixed beds and three children up to 12 years in accessory beds. The accommodation is arranged in three separate cottages, The Barn House (sleeps 4), The Storehouse (sleeps 6) and the New House (Sleeps 4), totalling 280 square metres of living space. Two accessory beds can be arranged in either of the houses. There are three kitchens and three sitting rooms, giving a large group of holiday makers extra privacy. There are seven bedrooms and four bathrooms overall. The whole group can relax and eat together in the large garden and enjoy the amazing infinity pool in the beautiful Croatian sun which happily shines from March to December. The villa is on the outskirts of Orebic, just 500 metres from a lovley beach and the town centre. All water sports, many cafes, restaurants, beach bars, markets and shops are easily accessible. This holiday home in Orebic is a perfect choice for families, and will be interesting for teenagers too as it has a large pool plus darts, table tennis and badminton. The villa is also close to town and it is safe to walk everywhere.
Orebic has always been a part of the ancient Dubrovnik Republic and its famous sea captains sailed and made their fortune all over the world. Their beautiful seventeenth and eighteenth century mansions with lush front gardens line the Orebic coastal path. Visit the quirky Mimbelli residence whose past owners painted its walls with 4 millions of egg yolks!
The most famous beach is Trstenica, a long bay lined with sand and small pebbles, and crystal clear sea. A day trip to Dubrovnik (110km) and the island of Korcula and to the nature park island of Mljet will be exciting. It is just 15 minutes by ferry to the historic town of Korcula, which you must not miss. Also do visit Ston and Mali Ston if you are a seafood lover - oysters come from there!
ACCOMMODATION
The "Barn House" consists of ground floor and first floor apartments, four people can stay; the "Storehouse" has a ground floor two-bedroom apartment and a first floor one-bedroom apartment, and six people can stay here. The "New House" is a newly built bungalow with two bedrooms, a sitting room, and a kitchen and shower room. Four people can sleep here.
Three children up to 12 years of age can sleep in accessory beds in either of the houses.
Barn House (Cottage 1) sleeps four
Barn House is a cottage with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an indoor staircase. The air conditioning unit is on the ground floor.
Barn House ground floor
The very rustic, original sitting room shows exposed stone walls and a piece of rock which is the base on which this old house was built. There is a sofa bed where one person can sleep, a large TV, a shower room and a kitchen equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and tableware. Air conditioning is on the groiund floor.
Barn House first floor
A wooden staircase leads up to two rustic double bedrooms, each with a modern double bed. All bed linen and towels provided.
Storehouse (Cottage 2) sleeps six
The Storehouse is a cottage split into two parts; a self contained ground floor apartment and a self contained first floor apartment with a separate entrance and private terrace. There is one air conditioning unit per each apartment.

On the ground floor there is a two bedroom apartment, consisiting of one double and one twin bedroom which share a shower room. There is also an open plan living room with a sofa (sofabed for one), TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Storehouse first floor
On the first floor there is a one bedroom apartment, consisting of a double bedroom, one shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a sitting room with TV and sofa bed for one person.
New House (Cottage 3) sleeps four
This is a newly built two bedroom bungalow which has two bedrooms, a sitting room, dining area and a kitchen in an open plan arrangement. Each bedroom has a double bed and a fifth person could sleep on the sitting room sofa bed. The shower room is shared. There is one air conditioning unit for the whole ground floor. All towels and bed linen are provided.
OUTSIDE
Authentic, large family Villa Imelda has a unique, big garden of 2000 square metres which has a large infinity swimming pool (10 x 4 meters, deep 1.5 metres) and a children's playground. Socialising is around the pool, and the additional plunge pool, on several terraces with sea views and by the barbecue. You will spend many happy and relaxed hours together, tasting the excellent Croatian fish, steaks and local wine. Parking is for five cars. From the parking area to the villa there are 10 steps.
