OVERVIEW
Villa Grace is a beautiful new villa located a few metres from the beach, with views of the island of Korcula and the open Adriatic sea. The villa has a charming Mediterranean garden, a private saltwater swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and barbecue and is virtually touching the sea. Tastefully decorated, fresh new bathrooms, fabulous views and outdoor areas will charm you and intoxicate your holiday.
You are so close to the beach and equally within a few minutes walk to the centre of the vibrant little fishing town of Orebic, with shops and restaurants to browse and visit. There is room to moor a small boat in front of the villa for daily boating. Great pleasure for adults, teenagers, children and romantics.
Accommodation
Overall there are four bedrooms in the villa. The main villa has three bedrooms and is arranged on two floors. The fourth bedroom is part of a separate suite with its own living room, kitchen and bathroom. Villa Grace is fully air-conditioned.
Ground floor
The spacious living room has high ceilings and two large arched French doors opening onto the terrace and garden with outdoor dining. It is an exceptionally charming and relaxed room with stylish seaside decor and colours. The sitting room is equipped with a large LCD satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and WiFi access. The adjoining dining room also has large arched French doors and a table and chairs for 8 people. There is a modern, fully equipped, white gourmet kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, quality cooking utensils and stylish tableware. There is also an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. From the living area a hallway leads to a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a bath tub. This smart and airy bedroom has a south facing terrace with a magnificent sea view and you can walk out of it directly into the garden. In addition, there is a separate guest shower room on the ground floor.
First floor
The marble staircase connects the living area to the first floor which has two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the view from its window is stunning. The second bedroom has a single bed. These two bedrooms share a shower room and also have direct access to the first floor sunbathing terrace.
Separate suite
A separate suite, with breathtaking views of the sea, consists of a double bedroom, a sitting room with a sofa (convertible into a bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children), a kitchen, a shower room and an outside terrace with dining table and chairs.
Outside
A special feature is a central stone paved terrace, which is a second living area by the sea. It is furnished with an outdoor dining table and seating, sun loungers, and a swing chair. Next to the covered terrace is the saltwater swimming pool with fantastic sea view. There is also a pool shower and an outdoor summer kitchen with a stone barbecue/fireplace.
