OVERVIEW
Villa Biba is a beach villa, right on the seashore with just a walking path separating it from the sea. This gorgeous, first row from the sea villa is in the lovely small town Orebic, a town famous for seafaring and all to do with the sea. Seafood, sailing, surfing, swimming, boating, unspoilt sandy and pebbly beaches...all at your doorstep. This stunning Croatian villa is one of those places where adults, teenagers and children alike all feel happy. Green olives, vineyards and scents of Mediterranean are all around you, and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
This pleasant and romantic villa has just been renovated and comprises 180 square metres. It is surrounded by a pretty, Mediterranean, walled, private garden with a small pool, with a path leading right out on the beach and into the beautiful sea. A fabulous Juliet balcony looks over the expanse of the sea, and over to the island of Korcula. Parking is in the town car park 50 metres away and there are 2 dedicated parking places, specially for the villa, 300 metres away. This little gem villa is very stylish and beautifully furnished, beautiful wrought iron gates, and the garden is heavenly, a perfect place for your holiday.
Accommodation
The villa is arranged on two floors and has four double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms.
Ground floor
From the hallway you enter the sitting room on one side, and the kitchen and dining room are on the other side. This floor also has a pantry, a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a wonderful new bathroom with heated floor tiles. The sitting room is stunningly stylish, reminding us of the time when wealthy sea captains lived on the seashore of Orebic, except that now it has LCD TV and WiFi. The elegant dining room is equally inviting, with a table for 8 and opening out onto a wonderful, flower scented terrace. The kitchen is modern, clean and well equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, toaster, pretty table ware and good cooking utensils. The kitchen opens out onto a shady terrace with a BBQ and outdoor dining table with chairs.
First floor
A stone stairway leads to the first floor and a hallway from where you access five bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Two bedrooms are with comfortable double beds, two have twin beds, and the fifth bedroom has a single bed, all with good linen and plenty of towels. There is a cosy sitting area in front of the bedrooms, leading to a fantastic south-facing balcony looking at the palms, bougainvillea and the azure blue sea. The bedrooms are furnished with good double beds and wardrobes, air conditioned and have a stunning sea view.
Outside
The garden is beautiful, a few steps to the beach and has a small plunge pool of about 14 square metres, 1.2 metres in depth. The pool is an accessory to the beach outside, with warm clear sea to bathe in. At the back of the villa there is more of the leafy garden, with lovely stone paved terraces and space to all eat and cook al fresco. The garden is incredibly charming and relaxing, a real seaside gem. Beaches Right out side the villa there are wonderfull beaches on a beatiful steach of coastline, with acces only 3 meteres from your front gate.
