OVERVIEW
A lovely, wrought iron gate below a stone arch leads you to this new, luxurious, large villa by the sea where you will get truly pampered and moor your own boat. Relax in 400 square metres of living area, balconies, huge stone terraces, and step down to the shimmering sea where you breathe in the salty sea air and pine scent while you sunbathe on soft sunbeds, listen to the slow lapping of the sea and the sound of crickets. There is 1000 square metres of walled garden and outdoor living at the sea edge. Tie your boat to its own mooring and set of exploring Korcula's sandy beaches. What a rare find!
The villa is arranged on four levels and has a housekeeper. A safe and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board is on each floor.
Accommodation
Ground floor
Ground floor of the villa is allocated to the staff quarters with a separate entrance, where the housekeeper is based.
First floor
The first floor comprises an open plan living room with stylish, white marble floors and an open fireplace, LCD TV, DVD player, WiFi. The kitchen is sleek, modern, very well equipped with a bar, an oven, stove, hood, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cooking utensils, tableware. The dining area has an elegant dining table for 8 people or more, and the light sitting room has luxurious white leather sofa and armchairs, all beside a wonderful wall size window pane which has a view of the pool terrace and the sea vista. On this floor are 3 double bedrooms with TVs (two with own balconies), 3 en-suite bathrooms a guest cloakroom and an outdoor terrace. All the bed linen and towels are provided.
Second floor
The second floor is reached by the outside staircase. This floor comprises three modern double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and TV. On this floor there is a lovley second sitting room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, just as on the first floor. Three French doors open out from the living area onto a beautiful outdoor terrace which has a whirlpool and sea view to die for. This terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining table for 12, and will provide you with many memorable evenings spent with family and friends over a delicious Dalmatian supper and fabulous wines, floating above the sea.
Outside
From the bottom terrace of the villa there are steps which lead to the beach which is 8 metres away. The flat beach area is provided with excellent beach beds and has wonderful pine trees around it, with a few steps leading you into the sea. The beach has its own mooring. Steps go up to the next terrace which has the heated outdoor pool of 22 square metres (1.5 metre deep), a sundeck, shower, deck chairs, a covered area with wooden beams and an outdoor kitchen, dining table and outdoor sofas. Here you get a marvellous view of the sea through the arches of the terrace, unforgettable sea view day or night. The villa has its own private parking at the back, with 4 places and it is 8 metres from a very private beach with own mooring. Beach towels provided. One of the terraces has a stone built BBQ.
