OVERVIEW
A lovely, new, luxurious, large villa (420 square metres) by the sea where you will relax in the gentle breeze as you watch dolphins dance and play in the sea. The villa has an elevator, and balconies and terraces literally overhanging the sea.
This stunning holiday home is absolutely perfectly equipped, with kitchens on the ground and top floor, and is surrounded by wild Mediterranean greenery, rosemary and lavender, walking paths and olive groves. The villa is very modern and stylish, and is arranged on three floors, with terraces cascading into the sea.
There is private parking for 3 cars. The level of modern luxury is of the highest grade, with underfloor heating, central cooling, automatic lighting, modern electronic entertainment, HDTV in every room.
The villa is built on a hill, so the top floor of the villa is level with the village road and is the official entrance. From there you access the second floor bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen and take the stairs or lift down to the first and ground floor. The garden stairs lead directly to the pool, living-room and the sea.
In the small village of Prizba (4 km) you will find several restaurants, coffee bars, shops and a post office. Korcula island has many beautiful beaches and its natural beauty has a special appeal.
Accommodation
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises of a stunning open plan living room, very spacious and stylish, with large picture windows framing deep blue expanse of the sea. The whole space is huge, measuring 165 square metres. There is a modern kitchen which is extremely well equipped for gourmet dining: two fridge/freezers, induction cooking range, cooker, hob, steam oven, microwave/grill combined, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, espresso machine, blender, ice maker, toaster, mixer, juicer, bread maker, cooking utensils and elegant tableware. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with several tall chairs and a central island. Behind the kitchen is a pantry and a guest cloak room with WC. The sitting area is furnished with two sofas and plenty of seating, and provides home theatre, satellite TV/DVD player and WiFi. There is a dining table for 10 - 12 people, which can be converted into a pool table.
First floor
On the first floor there is a sitting room with two large bedroom suites and terraces. First floor comprises a grand master bedroom suite (65 square metres) with a dressing room, bathroom, separate WC, office area, sitting room and sea view terrace. The second suite (38 square metres), comprises a bedroom with a king size bed 180 cm wide, HDTV set, sitting area, bathroom, walk in shower, separate WC, private terrace with sea view. There is also a 20 square metres family bedroom, with a double bed and a set of bunk beds which can be separated by a sliding door, so that in the front section 2 people can sleep in a a king size bed, and in the back section 2 small persons can sleep in a bunk bed (2 beds). The 4 people who sleep there share a first floor family bathroom.
Second floor
Second floor comprises 82 square metres and has 2 double bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a king size bed of 180 cm width, a shower room, private sea view terrace. The smaller bedroom has a 140cm wide bed. There is also a sitting room with a HDTV, washing machine, independent second kitchen with a dining area for 4 guests.
Outside
The stunning infinity pool ( 10 by 4 metres) stretches from the villa towards the sea. The sunbathing terrace is supplied with sun loungers, pool towels, 3 parasols, and the outdoor dining terrace is also equipped with dining for 12 people. There is a modern gas fired barbecue. On your way down to the sea, there are 3 other terraces where you can choose to relax comfortably. Access to the sea is by a bathing ladder, on the private pier.
