Take a boat to Peljesac peninsula which is a seafoodie's dream. Spend a day around the Elaphiti Islands which have been a magical escape from the hustle and bustle of the city for centuries. Villa Beach Dream isn’t just a place to stay - it’s your launchpad to the best of island life and beyond.
The villa is located right on the waterfront in the picturesque, car-free village of Lopud, on the island of the same name. Lopud island is very small, just a 25 minute walk from one side to the other. Families with small children will have a wonderful relaxing time playing on the sandy beach, which has plenty to offer adults as well, such as beach bars, kayaking, scuba diving, swimming & snorkelling and restaurants. You can take a hike up the hill to see the gorgeous views of the island and harbour and when you're ready for a bigger adventure, it's very easy to catch the ferry from Lopud over to historic and vibrant Dubrovnik. Leave your car and busy life in a secure car park in Gruz harbour (Dubrovnik, 60 euro per week) and land on Lopud where you will be met by your host and assisted to the beguiling villa Beach Dream.
ACCOMMODATION
Luxury beachside Villa Beach Dream is arranged over three floors and sleeps 10-12 guests within one building - two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a private, connected apartment comprising a studio bedroom / living room, a separate twin room and a separate double bedroom. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, air conditioning, TV, fridge and a safe. There is an additional family cloakroom/WC on the ground floor.
Ground floor
Ground floor has an open-air, covered sitting area with plenty of sofas, chairs and tables for everyone to sit together. It is lovely to sit there and look at fishing boats and sailing yachts lazily passing by. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, kettle, toaster and a coffee maker. The kitchen provides cooking utensils and attractive dinnerware, There is a large dining table for 12 people to enjoy meals together.
First floor
On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms and a seafront balcony with a stunning sea view and outdoor lounge furniture where you will spend hours enjoying that unique beachside scene. There is also a wonderful balcony to take in the sea views.
Second floor
Inside steps lead to the second floor where there is a small, well-equipped kitchen, a dining table for six people, a double bed, a double fold-up sofa-bed and plenty of storage. This open-plan room also has a charming seafront balcony with coffee table and chairs.There are two additional bedrooms - a twin room with two single beds and a double room, both with en-suite bathrooms.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
Villa Beach Dream offers several pretty outdoor spaces for relaxation, including balconies leading from the first and second-floor. Exterior stairs lead down to a furnished sun terrace with sea view. A lovely, sheltered garden with sun loungers, bougainvillea, olive trees and palms offers a private and shady spot to enjoy the warm weather.
