OVERVIEW
This large three bedroom, two bathroom child-friendly rental apartment (105 square metres) is located on the ground floor of a family villa and includes shared use of the pool, waterfall and Jacuzzi which were completely renovated in 2018. The apartment has a parking space and a boat mooring is available. If you wish to come with friends, there is an additional two bedroom and a studio apartment to rent as well, so all can have privacy and socialise together as they wish. The owner lives on the upper floors of the villa and is close at hand to manage the property and assist you if required.
The lovely village beach with a beach bar is just 100 metres away and the local restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance, serving delicious fresh food and good wine. The apartment is air-conditioned from the hallway, cooling the whole living and sleeping areas and there is a LED TV-Sat and WiFi. The walled, private garden with a fantastic new pool, a shaded gazebo with sofas and also children's swings is large enough for everyone to share in comfort. You can venture further afield to the famous Krka river waterfalls and the gorgeous town of Sibenik. Immerse yourself in Roman and renaissance culture of Split and Trogir and hop over to the unspoilt island of Brac. Combine beach and activity for the best of both worlds.
ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation is on the ground floor.
Living room
The open plan living room has a sofa and dining table for 6 - 8 people, a LED TV - Sat, a modern kitchen equipped with cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, set of cooking utensils, new tableware, a hairdryer and a washing machine (in the family bathroom). Iron and ironing board are also provided. The sitting room has direct access to the pool terrace with outdoor sitting furniture and own outdoor dining area.
Bedrooms
There are three double bedrooms, all with super-king size, new double beds, measuring 180 cm x 200cm. One bedroom has an en-suite shower and there is an additional family bathroom, and a separate WC. Two double bedrooms also have a separate single bed each. Thus it is possible for eight people to sleep comfortably in this Croatian seaside luxury apartment. Al bed linen and bath towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The four-star beach family holiday apartment Venus is situated in a fully enclosed, gated garden with a large garden terrace where there is a pool and a luxurious covered gazebo with plenty of seating, transporting you to the 1001 Arabian nights! In the garden there is a large pool (9.5 by 4.5 metres, depth 1.5 metres) with ten sunbeds and additional seating and pool/beach towels are provided. Within the pool there is a whirlpool, a waterfall and hydro-massage.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and planted with flowers and herbs. A garden swing will delight the children and the luxurious tent-like gazebo will provide shade and relaxation for the whole family.
