OVERVIEW

Maisonette Maestral is a large duplex apartment (110 square metres) of a town villa which was built in 2006. The two bedroom, two bathroom, air-conditioned apartment is in a wonderful position, within walking distance (1.5km) of Dubrovnik Old Town and all its attractions. It has a panoramic sea view over Dubrovnik Gruz harbour and the local islands. The villa has recently been renovated and has a pleasant and airy interior, with a wonderful outdoor terrace looking at the bay. This maisonette can be combined with the adjoining 2 bedroom Villa Maestral, which has a private garden and pool and can then accommodate 8-10 people in total.

Accommodation

The apartment is reached via a flight of stairs with approx 20 steps.

 

Lower floor

Lower floor comprises a very pleasing sitting room with a TV, DVD and CD player, WiFi, large L-shaped leather sofa and armchair. This can be an additional single sleeping space if needed. In the corner, separated by a breakfast bar, there is a well-equipped new kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, excellent set of cooking utensils and new tableware. This room opens out onto a canopy-covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals al fresco, admiring a very beautiful sea and town view. Two sunbeds are also on this terrace. The ground floor also has its own shower room with toilet.

 

Upper floor

A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a double bedroom with its own TV and opens out onto a pretty balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. All bedlinen and towels are provided and there are wardrobes and chests for clothes. There is a new shower room entered from the first floor hallway.

Outside

The apartment has a lower floor terrace with 2 sunbeds and outdoor seating. Enjoy the sun, greenery and sea view in this lovely, outdoor space.

Dubrovnik Airport

Dubrovnik Airport is located near the town of Cavtat 19km to the south of Dubrovnik. There are direct flights to Dubrovnik from most European countries and from Philadelphia in the USA.

 

There are bus and taxi services into Dubrovnik centre. A taxi transfer can be expected to cost around 35 to 40 euro one way depending on the time of day and the season and a minibus around 50-60 euros.   A shuttle bus service from the airport to Dubrovnik is 7.5 euro per person each way.
