Overview
The apartment is located in the best area of Dubrovnik, to the east of the Old Town, with the classical picture postcard view of the magical Old Town. It is very close to the sandy beach in town, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, and refresh yourself at the beach café. Other good beaches are 10-15 min walk away. Also you are close to the myriad of restaurants, cafes, shops and excellent night life. The area is full of grand villas and low rise buildings in leafy gardens, all close to the sea.

Living area
A large and sunny sitting room has a wood floor and opens out onto a charming paved shady terrace, surrounded by Mediterranean plants. The terrace has a stunning view of the sea, and has an outdoor dining table and a barbecue - fabulous outdoor extension of the sitting room. The sitting room is air conditioned, and has comfortable modern leather sofas and arm chairs, satellite TV, LCD TV, DVD player, music centre, and a wireless internet. There are lovely sea views from the sitting room. A sofa bed can be used to provide extra sleeping space for 2 children or one adult. The next door dining room has a fine marble floor and a table that sits 4-6 very comfortably, as it can unfold. This room has a sweet little balcony which overlooks the amazingly blue sea with the island of Locrum in view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and full set of cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.
Bedrooms
There are two double bedrooms simply and nicely furnished, and an additional sofa bed for 2 children or one adult in the sitting room. The one or two extra persons pay 10 euro per person per day on arrival. One of the bedrooms has air conditioning, and the other not. There are two bathrooms - one with a shower, and one with a bath tub, nicely tiled and equipped. All the bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside
This apartment has a most stunning outdoor terrace - with a view to die for. The terrace has a BBQ and a dining table and space for sun loungers. Also there is a private parking space for one car.
