OVERVIEW
Charming villa situated in the lovely fishing village of Sumartin, close to the marina. The villa has a lovely large walled garden, which is a real gem. This rustic family villa with heated pool is in keeping with the local village style and offers a comfortable and authentic Croatian holiday experience. You are in walking distance to local amenities and it is so easy to explore Brac and the surrounding islands from here. There are many restaurants to choose from and the active traveller will find numerous outdoor activities on offer, such as swimming, diving, sailing, paragliding, cycling, and many more.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is entered on the lower ground floor, and via a staircase you are reaching the ground floor.
Ground floor
The ground floor has an air conditioned kitchen/dining area with sitting corner and direct access to a large balcony with sea view. There is everything you need in the kitchen, such as hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and tableware and kitchen utensils. The balcony is facing the sea where you can spend endless hours watching the boats coming in.
On this floor there is also a separate toilet.
First floor
Stairs are leading to the first floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wooden flooring and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. The other double bedroom is beautifully laid out with antique furniture and shares a bathroom with the single bedroom, which has a unique design. These two bedrooms also share an air conditioning unit.
There are three bedrooms on this floor of which one is a single bedroom, and 2 bathrooms plus a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Second floor
The large air conditioned master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a sitting area with TV. The room is very spacious with lovely parquet flooring and the sofa can be converted into a single sofa bed. An ensuite bathroom is equipped with bathtub and overhead shower.
OUTSIDE
Looking at the villa from the road you wouldn't imagine to find such a beautiful, green garden with heated pool. It just is a hidden gem. Natural stone paved terraces for sunbathing, dining and socialising are scattered all over the garden which is planted with Mediterranean shrubs and flowers. The size of the garden is quite remarkable and the pool has a decent size of 38 square metres. And best of all, you are just a very short stroll away from the local marina.
