Overview
The stunning modern, semi-detached Villa Narina 1 has a heated infinity pool with a sea view to die for. Your eyes see all the way to the islands of Brac and Hvar and the gorgeous beaches of the vibrant coastal town of Makarska. The spacious villa of 250 square metres of living space has three double bedrooms with shower rooms on the first floor and a studio suite with sofa bed, shower room and balcony on the second floor. This top floor space is very suitable for teenagers, or an au-pair, or just as an extra space to chill out. In total, the villa sleeps eight persons. The villa has full air-conditioning with air-con units in every bedroom. There is also heating throughout and an open fire in the sitting room making the villa very comfortable for early or late season bookings. Groups of up to 16 people can be accommodated if rented together with Villa Narina II.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor has a large and airy open-plan living room, including a kitchen and a dining area from where you walk out onto the outdoor terrace by the pool. This elegant yet practical, internal communal living space has the whole sea-facing side clad in a vast glass wall which can open up to include the outdoor terrace and the pool. High quality, very large designer sofa and chairs, stylish lamps, open fireplace, TV, WiFi, attractive modern dining table with eight seating places and the sleek kitchen are all in keeping with the modern, entertainment orientated villa. The gourmet kitchen has a very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee apparatus and lovely tableware and cookware. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with high chairs.
First floor
The first floor comprises three double bedrooms, all with queen size double beds and excellent en-suite shower rooms. Bed linen and towels are provided. Two of the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and sea view balconies. The third bedroom has a modern, free-standing wardrobe and overlooks the dramatic Biokovo mountain nature park.
Second floor
An internal staircase leads to the top floor, where there is a studio apartment with a shower room, a private terrace and an amazing, huge sea view. The blue sofa extends into a double bed. The stunning terrace has a table and a couple of chairs, as well as two sun loungers. The view is truly unforgettable.
OUTSIDE
Outdoor life happens on the pool terrace which has a heated, private pool, equipped with six sun beds, parasols, an outdoor sofa and a shower. The heated infinity pool measures 6.5 metres by 4.6 metres and 1.6 metres deep. Close by is a barbecue and the terrace dining table. There is private parking for three cars.
